Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the app “Compadely” (the “App”), provided by Melanie Ginting (“we”). By using the App you agree to these terms. This is a courtesy translation; the German version is legally binding.

2. Services

Compadely helps you organize padel sessions: sessions, fair pairings, results, rankings and statistics. The core features are free. Additional features are part of the paid “Compadely+” subscription.

3. Account & Guests

An account is optional (email-code login via our authentication provider). Guests can join sessions without an account; no lasting performance data is stored for them. Use requires a minimum age of 16; minors may use the App only with the consent of a legal guardian.

4. Compadely+ (Subscription)

Compadely+ is an auto-renewable subscription. Purchase and billing run through your app store account (Apple App Store). The purchase contract is concluded with Apple as seller; cancellation and refunds follow the App Store’s rules.

• Price: 6,99 € per Monat or €39.99 per year (incl. VAT); prices may vary by region. Free trial: 14 Tage (beim Jahresabo).
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: any time in your app store account settings; the App itself cannot cancel an active subscription.
• Free trial (14 days, yearly plan only): it automatically converts into the paid yearly subscription at the end unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.

The terms of the respective app store for in-app purchases apply in addition.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content it expires once performance has begun after you have expressly agreed and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Since purchase and billing run through the App Store (Apple), Apple handles withdrawal and refunds under its policies; please contact the App Store.

6. User obligations

No abusive use, no unlawful content, no interference with operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (e.g. player names, results).

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

8. Changes & Contact
